I look in on Warne's blog regularly. Every now and then he does a comparison of laws/rules in Australia, U.K., and the U.S., including ethics concepts. Really helpful (and fun) stuff. Evidently, he became a barrister recently, and bought a wig just before Australia did away with the requirement for wigs.

For our readers,
If Bill Freivogel says Warne's blog is worth visiting, that's high praise. US insiders know that Freivogel on Conflicts is one of the most useful internet sites for legal ethics on the internet -- and is an incredible public service to boot.

In fact, when we discuss perplexing conflicts issues, insiders often ask "well, have you checked Freivogel yet?"
