New Jersey has just issued an ethics opinion concluding that lawyers cannot use the phrases "super lawyer" or "best lawyer in America" or participate in these popular schemes.
I note, for those of you interested, that www.mediocrelawyer.com and www.averagelawyer.com are still available for use.
