Quick Hits (4/1)

Legal ethics bobble-head dolls?  I don't know if this is an April Fools Day joke, but George Mason law students have designed bobble-head dolls -- one of which features Professor Michael Krauss standing on one ethics text and holding a copy of Ron Rotunda's "Legal Ethics in a Nutshell."  Who would you feature in a line of legal ethics bobble-head dolls?  (Sharswood, Hoffman, Kutak, ???)    . . . .    A conference of the Commonwealth Judges and Magistrates Association will take place this summer in Ghana.  Mr Justice Acquah says that CMJA has been devoted to judicial independence and judicial ethics.    . . .     Law.com is carrying this story demonstrating the importance of written fee agreements -- perhaps especially when the client is another lawyer.
